Manual dosing?

Manual dosing is not precise and requires an operator be on hand. Using too much or too little product is inevitable with manual dosing. An operator will only have the choice to either make quick guess as to the dose required or spend time with a manual measuring system. This inevitably results in too much product, too little product or the wash time being increased. Extended wash times and overdosing results in increased cost whilst underdosing produces inferior wash quality. All this can result in loss of business.

 Automated dosing?

This method produces a far more accurate dose of product. The timing of the dose is also precise. Since the dose is accurate the resulting wash quality will be much improved. In addition, only the exact amount of product is dosed so none is wasted. This reduces costs and also reduces contamination of the environment.
