Effluent Treatment Dosing Unit

This is a single pump dosing unit, which is designed for dispensing chemicals at pre determined times.

Application

This unit will automatically dose effluent treatment chemicals into grease traps , septic tanks and drains. In addition this unit can also be used for water treatment additives in swimming pool or other timed release chemical requirements.

Operation

The Effluent Unit is controlled by a digital timing clock. This unit can be programmed for automatic pump dosing at selected daily times with manual override. The clock may be set for maximum of up to 8 ON and 8 OFF switching cycles per day. The amount of product injected depends upon the time that the pump runs, this can be adjusted in the clock time in steps of one minute, and the speed of the pump, adjusted internally.
