Single Detergent Conductivity Control Dosing Unit 

This is a single pump dosing unit, which is designed for dispensing detergent by conductivity control. 

Application

This unit is suitable for use with any single tank or the largest conveyor type dishwasher. 

Operation 

The  unit  is  activated  by  switching ON  the  supply.  The  detergent  pump  is  electronically  controlled using a conductivity probe  fitted  into  the main wash  tank which continuously monitors  the  concentration  of  the  detergent  solution.  The  level  of  concentration  of  detergent can be adjusted on the electronic control card.

The unit has a variable overfeed alarm that will switch the pump off after a period of dose time.
