2-H-97/LCC

Single Peristaltic Conductivity Detergent Dosing Unit

This is a single pump dosing unit designed for dispensing detergent into dishwashers by conductivity control.

Full installation kit supplied.

Application:-
2-H-97/LCC is compatible with any single tank or cycle type dishwasher

Operation:-

With the continuous mains supply switched ON, the detergent pump is electronically controlled through a probe fitted into the main wash tank of the dishwashing machine. This probe continually monitors the condition of the detergent solution in the wash tank. The degree of concentration of detergent can be adjusted on the electronic control card.

If the detergent pump fails to switch off because the set detergent concentration level is not reached, an overfeed alarm switches the pump off after a period of time, and the red alarm lamp flashes plus a buzzer sounds intermittently. The alarm time can be adjusted between 10 and 300 seconds.

Fast priming of the detergent pump may be made by pressing the prime button.
